1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Write Strokes With Right Thoughts website (the "Site"), creating an account, purchasing a book, or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
2. Books & Courses
We offer two kinds of products: physical books shipped to your address, and video courses delivered digitally. Product descriptions, syllabi, and pricing are updated periodically and may change without prior notice.
Book cover images and course preview material are for illustrative purposes; minor variations from what's shown may occur (e.g. print run cover updates).
3. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order or enrolling in a course constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when you receive an Order Confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the time your order is confirmed will be honoured.
5. Payment
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking through our payment gateway (Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery where available for physical books. All payment information is encrypted and processed by our payment gateway — we never store card details on our servers.
6. Shipping & Course Access
Physical books are shipped across India; delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees (see our Shipping Policy for details). Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery — contact us within 48 hours of a damaged delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement.
Video courses have no physical shipment. Access is delivered as a private Google Drive link sent to the email address used at checkout, typically within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Course access is for personal use on the purchaser's account only.
7. Refunds & Cancellation
Books: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. We do not accept change-of-mind returns for books.
Video courses: Because access is granted digitally and immediately, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be raised within 48 hours of purchase, before any meaningful course content has been accessed. Once a course has been substantially viewed, it is non-refundable.
8. Certification
Where a course or program offers a certificate of completion, certification is subject to passing a written and/or viva examination and payment of any applicable exam fee. Certification is not automatically included with course purchase unless explicitly stated.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site and within our video courses — including text, images, video, audio, course material, and design — is the property of WSWRT / Dr. Noothan Rao and is protected by applicable copyright law.
Course videos and materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or upload course content to any other platform without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
WSWRT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our books, or our courses. Graphology, crystal healing, and related services are offered for educational, wellness, and self-development purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
