1. Book Shipping
Physical books are dispatched from Bengaluru via our courier partners. Typical delivery timelines:

2. Areas We Ship To
We currently ship physical books across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pincodes — this will be shown at checkout. International shipping for physical books is not currently available; please contact us if you're outside India and would like to enquire about a course instead, since video courses can be accessed from anywhere.
3. Order Tracking
Once your book order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email/WhatsApp. You can also check your order status from your account under My Orders.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your package on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — see our Return Policy for full details.
5. Digital Course Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive a private Google Drive link with your course content sent to the email address used at checkout, typically within 24–48 hours. If you haven't received access within this window, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Course access is available to stream anywhere in the world — there are no geographic restrictions for digital products.
